Volunteers are needed for setting up the event, directing people inside the festival, handing out glasses, delivering ice, and clean up. Volunteer duties will be assigned at the festival at the "Volunteer Registration Desk". All volunteers must be 21+.
All Friday volunteers recieve:
• Complimentary admission to one session on Saturday.
All Saturday volunteers receive:
• A Free Event T-Shirt!
• A Complimentary Meal Voucher.
A meal voucher will be given at the end of the 9:30am–2:30pm and the 12:00pm to 6:30pm shifts and half way through the 3:00pm to 7:00pm and 4:00pm-10:00pm shift.
Volunteers must be 21 years or older to attend this event. Valid Photo I.D. is required at the door. No exceptions!
Friday Shift runs from 10:00AM to 3:00PM on Friday. Volunteers for this shift will receive one complimentary ticket to one session of the festival on Saturday. Working this shift requires the volunteer to do some heavy lifting and unloading of delivery trucks. It is recommended for the "strongest" volunteers.
Shift #1 runs from 9:30AM to 2:30PM and at the end of their shift, volunteers will be invited to stay and enjoy the first session for FREE beer sampling.
Shift #2 runs from 12:00PM to 6:30PM and volunteers will be invited to stay and enjoy Session 2 on Saturday.
Shift #3 runs from 3:00PM to 7:00PM and volunteers will be invited to stay and enjoy Session 2 on Saturday.
Shift #4 runs from 4:00PM to 10:00PM. Volunteer’s who work the entire 4th shift will receive one $25 Amazon gift card. Gift cards will be given out at the end of your shift at 10:00pm, when you check out. You must checkout to be eligible for your gift card. The Volunteeer will forfeit their gift card if they leave without checking out. No exceptions.
We need to spread the word about BEER CONN and need volunteers who are able to distribute promotional cards and posters about the festival in new neighborhoods. If you sign up to be a “Street Team” volunteer we will send you materials to distribute around your community – your local bars, restaurants, beer distributors, etc. (anywhere that people will see them). There is no time requirement and distribution activities can be completed whenever and wherever is convenient to you. However, “Street Team” volunteers can earn rewards for their efforts based on the number of locations materials are distributed at.
